During the off season a longer lease is possible at preferential prices.

The down payment entails 30% of the leasing fee/rent and has to be transferred within a period of a maximum of 10 days.
The remaining amount of 70% must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the leasing reservation.

Security

At your arrival our co-worker will obtain from you a caution-money of € 600,-- which will be returned to you on impeccable condition of our house.

Final cleaning

For the final cleaning € 100,- will be charged.

Others

• A co-worker will take care of the pool and the house on regular basis
• If you need a cleaning help during your stay we will be happy to provide one
• Bedlinen / towels can be rented on the spot
• No dogs
