Also during the winter the house is very pleasant with its underfloor heating. In the off-season we offer special prices for a longer rent.

​Directly at the foothill of the Luberon, a mountainous region and National Park, beneath the "Chateau Maubec" is our wonderful vacation house waiting for you!

​The house has 3 bedrooms with French beds (140 cm) and offers space for 6 persons, no dogs. The kitchen which opens to the living room is well equipped with dish-washer, stove, refrigerator (with large freezer), coffee machine and toaster.
The separate drawing room offers TV, DVD and Radio, bath-room with tub and shower, separate toilet.
Wireless Internet access in the house.
Storage room with large wall-closet and washing machine.

​Each of the bedrooms is provided with a French double bed (140cm), small bedside table, a wardrobe and lovely equipped details matching the motto of the room.
The bedroom No 3 offers in addition a writing table and a make-up mirror.

​The dining room

​​... with its large dining table it is generously spaced and also offers a playing space.

The immediate entrance across large doors to the "breakfast - terrace" with a marvlous view to the Luberon and the vineyards make this room the center of the house.

​... provides a triple leather sofa and two leather chairs, two small tables and one shelf with information material for your stay.
In addition, you can use your television or DVD player.

​The kitchen with immediate entrance to the living room is equipped with dish-washer, ceranfield, oven, refrigerator (with large freezer), coffee percolator and toaster, thus fulfilling all wishes.

​Everything is available

​with a basin, bath-tub & shower and a separate toilet offers the sanitary area, everything which (man and woman) needs for the daily hygiene.

The polishing material under the wash basin is at your disposal for cleaning activities.

​... with its 4.5 x 8.5 meters and all the things connected with it (pool lightning, deckchairs, exterior shower and terrace) makes your vacation an annual highlight.

The pool is equipped with an alarm system (in France legally required) attached directly at the pool basin. In addition is the entrance through small doors, a safety device for children.

​The property

​.. Approximately 700 m2 large and offers, besides the pool, also sufficient terrace space for deck-chairs as well as a garden with trees (and rocking-chair).

The large roofed terrace can be used as a second dining room. A huge dining table with matching garden chairs as well as our summer kitchen rounds itself well with the provincial flair.

Our garden grill invites to a culinary "flight of fancy". And also from there you have a phantastic view of the Luberon.

​During the off season a longer lease is possible at preferential prices.

The down payment entails 30% of the leasing fee/rent and has to be transferred within a period of a maximum of 10 days.
The remaining amount of 70% must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the leasing reservation.

​Security

​At your arrival our co-worker will obtain from you a caution-money of € 600,-- which will be returned to you on impeccable condition of our house.

​Final cleaning

​For the final cleaning € 100,- will be charged.

​Others

  • ​A co-worker will take care of the pool and the house on regular basis
  • If you need a cleaning help during your stay we will be happy to provide one
  • Bedlinen / towels can be rented on the spot
  • No dogs
